Benefits of Leadership Habits
Two trials were conducted over two weeks in June and July 2024, involving a total of 114 managers across several companies (first trial) and a leading industrial group (second trial). The percentage improvement in key leadership competencies pre and post the trials is presented below.
The improvement was measured basis start and end of the course surveys given to all participants.
